I've spent the last several years helping associations and education programs do more with less — building campaigns, activating members, and fixing messaging on budgets that don't leave room for waste.
Before that, I ran content operations inside an association — managing publications for 95K+ subscribers and a 50K+ attendee trade show at ASHRAE Journal. I've also built a marketing function from zero at a supply chain SaaS startup that tripled revenue in six months and was later acquired.
